Charlie Pollnitz III was born on December 24, 1964, to Charlie Pollnitz Jr and Marva Pollnitz.
Charlie gave his life to Christ at a very young age at First Baptist Church of Melrose Park, IL in 1971, Rev. H. McNelty, Pastor.
He became a member of Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Maywood, IL, in 1996 Rev. Marvin E. Wiley, Pastor.
Charlie attended Wilson Elementary, Proviso West High School, and St. Joseph High School. After graduating, Charlie worked as a Machinery Engineer. Charlie owned a small business as an Automotive Technician.
He was a devoted family man who loved racing, fishing, golfing, and building.
On May 19, 2026, Charlie went to be with the Lord. In heaven, he will join his mother, Marva Pollnitz; and daughter, Amanda Pollnitz.
Charlie leaves to cherish his memory, his father and stepmother, Charlie Pollnitz Jr. (wife Katie); two brothers, Jerome Pollnitz (wife Toya) and Marvin Pollnitz; six children, Racquel Potts (fiancée Brandon), Charlie Pollnitz IV (fiancée Tiyanna), Carmesha Jefferson, Malissia Pollnitz; extended family, Rashun Potts, Renita Sashington, and Mary Potts; grandchildren, Issac, Milan, Ziar, Sienna, Chance, Carmello, Jeremiah, LaRissia, La’riah, Camille, LaNiyah, and Corey; and his beloved, Shanetha Pollnitz.
