Izella Latrice Hayes, affectionately known as “Precious,” was the life of any party. On May 1, 2025, she departed this life, leaving behind lots of funny memories. Precious was born June 9, 1984, in Chicago, IL to Clarence Anderson and Monyette Cooks. She was the second oldest of 7 siblings.
Precious was raised with strong values and a deep love for her only daughter (MaMa). At a young age, Precious was baptized. Precious attended Peter A. Reinberg Elementary School and Austin Career Academy. On July 5, 2002, Precious gave birth to her only daughter, Yasmine “First Lady.” Precious career path led her to work at multiple factories and retail stores. She was currently enrolled at Work Force.
More than anything, Precious was family oriented. Her love was unconditional. Her humor was immeasurable and her presence irreplaceable. Her daughter held a special place in her heart. Precious was the life of the party. She was loud but mighty. She was filled with love, affection, and personality that left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Beulah Thomas; grandfather, Leonard Hayes; grandparents from both parents, and sister, Latania Anderson.
Precious leaves to cherish her loving memory, her only daughter, Yasmine Watkins; her loving parents, Clarence Anderson, and Monyette Hayes Cooks (Marcus); three brothers, Archie, Gregory, and Lil Clarence; three sisters, Candie, Londa, and Latisha; three aunts, Tonya Hunt (Emory), Yolanda and Tonya Anderson; three uncles, Delwin Hayes, Larry and Tyrone Anderson; 9 nieces; 11 nephews; 2 great nephews; 1 great niece; and a host of cousins.
